How we work:
We regularly benchmark our work against world’s best practice in the values area. This ensures our work remains at the leading edge in terms of relevance and innovation. We share this information with clients and act as advocates in the media for values based management practices.
Knowledge transfer:
An important aspect of our work is the transfer of knowledge to client personnel. This occurs throughout our train the trainer programs.
All of our programs provide the platform and knowledge base which can easily be incorporated into later electronic training tools (desktops or handsets).
Field experience:
State Agency:
The Values program developed for a State government incorporated facilitated values workshops using dilemmas and values based decision making models.
Public Utility:
Here we developed an intranet based Values Profiler based on a commissioned training video. Using this device, participants were able to identify their personal values profiles and track these against those of other organisational members as well as the stated organisational values. This process helped surface attitudes and behaviours that might have conflicted with the organisation’s core values and enabled management to set targets for increased employee engagement with the values.
