FACILITATION SERVICES

Managing Values is able to provide facilitation services for the following:

  • Business planning
  • Team building
  • Change management
  • Staff working groups

An example of a facilitation process we have carried out is a stakeholder dialogue for a multinational company in Australia.  This involved designing the facilitation in conjunction with the company and facilitating over 30 sessions throughout the country.  These sessions ranged from 1 to 80 participants, and often included hostile stakeholders or those with competing agendas.  Stakeholders included staff, management, union officials, public service employees, suppliers and customers.
