We developed and delivered a management training program for the middle managers of this public sector organisation.  The training program addressed management concerns within the public sector and had a specific module on orientation to the public service.

Designed and facilitated a two year program for a government transport agency that was facing contestability and wished to prepare its employees for this new era of competition.   The program including workbooks, case studies and the facilitation of action plans.
