Step 3. Exploring the links between personal development and organisational development and the implications for ethical leadership
An organisation can only be as ethical as its employees. Ethical Leadership Development is a long term self-development process of personal and organisational growth and change. It is based on building trusted relationships, commitment and accountability. All ethical behaviour is leadership in action because it carries the element of personal risk. Participants in this phase work on building their personal reserves as well as identifying the procedural knowledge necessary to maintain personal integrity within the organisational context.
