Skills:
Roz initially worked in the UK education sector as a careers counselor. She designed careers education programs She also wrote regular articles for specialist career magazines and commented on careers education, graduate recruitment and youth employment issues on local radio.
For the last 25 years Roz has held a series of senior Human Resources Management positions in Australia and has 15 years experience working with Boards and the senior management teams of a diverse range of well known organisations in the private and public sector.
Roz has extensive experience in the design and facilitation of training, including e-Learning programs, in implementing a wide range of organisational development programs and in all aspects of change management and culture change.
Roz is also a qualified executive coach and prior to joining Managing Values she ran her own human resources consulting and executive coaching business.
Experience:
- Commissioned by the State Services Authority in 2009 to analyse the effectiveness and use of their Ethics Resource Kit.
- Developed a code of conduct and a set of organisational values for a national retail organisation, a Dutch multi-national, a global petroleum company
- Developed e-learning programs for a national bank and a national travel organisation
- Developed a learning and development strategy, including a needs analysis, a skills audit and a leadership development strategy, for a national retail organisation, a global petroleum company & a Dutch multi-national
- Developed a leadership competency model and conducted leadership assessment processes using a variety of 360 evaluation methodologies
- Designed and implemented a cultural benchmarking and change management process, for a government agency, using Human Synergistic tools
- Coached all levels of management in effective values-based leadership.
- Developed a people integration strategy for a Dutch multi-national involved in a large merger/acquisition.
Designed talent management and succession planning programs for a national retail organisation, a global petroleum company, a Dutch multi-national and a government agency.
