Consultant, Managing Values

Qualifications:

• Masters of  Commerce & Marketing
• Bachelors Degree in Economics from Sydney University Arts
• Various workplace training courses including Ethics facilitation and Training,

Proficient in Japanese

Experience:

Tanya has 12 years experience working in the area of Business Ethics and Values.  Prior to working with Managing Values, she worked within KPMG’s Sustainability Practice and with St James Ethics Centre.  Prior to that she had a background in advertising and marketing.

Tanya spent 2 years living and studying in Japan and has also lived in Hong Kong and London.  She brings this diverse culture experience to the design of Managing Values Asian training programs.

Tanya’s primary role is in the research, development and implementation of ethics and values based programs as well as strategic business development initiatives.

She has been a valuable team member on most of the major projects in the ethics and values that the Principals of Managing Values have been involved with over the past 12 years.

Her experience includes:

• Co-design and facilitation of stakeholder dialogues
• Co- designing and conducting workshops on business ethics
• Conducting ethics training for public and private sector organisations
• Implementation of national stakeholder dialogue process for a FMCG corporation
• Development of codes of conduct and their implementation strategies for an international mining company
• Assisting in the development and implementation of ethics training programs for South Australian and Victorian public services
• Developing an ethics training program for State Maritime and training all company employees
• Climate assessment on both a group and company level
• Facilitation of group ‘away days’
• Designing, developing and conducting assessment centres to assist in the identification and development of high performing leaders
