Our mission is to assist organisational members respond to and shape the dynamic social context within which they find themselves. We do this by assisting individuals to better understand who they are within the organisational context, and the organisation as a collective of people, to understand its position within a wider societal context. We believe this type of learning will significantly improve overall organisational performance and effectiveness.
We take a values based approach to all of our consulting and training assignments.
Our core experience is in designing and facilitating leading edge business ethics and values learning programs, organisational codes of ethics, statements of business principles, values and associated governance protocols. We develop tailor made executive, management and employee programs rather than assuming one size fits all or one industry’s challenges and issues is the same as any other.
Our consultants are specialists in the fields of management, sociology, social ecology, psychology, social psychology and adult learning. This rich academic and industry experience enables us to provide a broad base of expertise in the area of human dynamics.
